Getting Started​

How do I create an account?​

Visit vecalpha.com and click "Sign Up". You can register with email or use Google OAuth for faster access.

Is there a free trial?​

Yes! New users get a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card required.

What markets are supported?​

VecAlpha supports major cryptocurrency exchanges including Binance, Bybit, OKX, and more. We're continuously adding new integrations.

Strategies​

How do I create a strategy?​

Navigate to the Strategy Builder from your dashboard. You can write strategies in Python using our SDK or use the visual builder for no-code options.

Can I backtest before going live?​

Absolutely. Every strategy should be thoroughly backtested. Our platform provides historical data and performance metrics to validate your approach.

What's the minimum capital required?​

There's no minimum for paper trading. For live trading, requirements vary by exchange and strategy type. We recommend starting small and scaling up.

Billing​

What payment methods are accepted?​

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cryptocurrency payments.

How do I cancel my subscription?​

Go to Account Settings > Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is there a refund policy?​

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

Security​

How is my data protected?​

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. API keys are stored securely and never exposed.

Do you have 2FA?​

Yes, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Account Settings > Security. We support TOTP-based authenticators.

Can I restrict API access?​

Yes. You can create API keys with specific permissions and IP whitelisting in your account settings.

Technical​

What's the API rate limit?​

Default rate limit is 100 requests per minute. Higher limits are available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Can I use webhooks?​

Yes, webhooks are supported for real-time notifications. Configure them in Developer Settings.

Is there a sandbox environment?​

We provide paper trading accounts for testing strategies with simulated market conditions.
